Releasing an athlete or an adult’s full potential to maximize their own performance on the field or at work is what we aim for. We prefer to help you in taking the initiative, rather than just teaching you.

Either at work or at play from a child to an adult we are prepared to support you at becoming the person you want to be. Coaching for confidence, wellbeing and performance
Coaching offers a confidential, safe and supportive space to focus on your growth, unlock your unique potential, increase your self-awareness and confidence. Our coaches provide focus and accountability so that you can achieve your goals.
Our coaching are typically done on-line (Zoom) but can occasionally be scheduled in person.

Our Entry Coaching Package Includes:
- A free 30-minute session to meet your coach
- A 15-question assessment to define your coaching needs
- Two 60-minute coaching sessions over Zoom per month
- A preferred behavior assessment (DISC profil)
- Monthly assessment to monitor progress
