Sunday Skills
We all love to play basketball on the weekend, but sometimes the commitment of playing for a team is too much for our schedule and we would love the flexibility of going to the gym when we want. That’s why we created the Sundays Skills where anyone can come and practice with friends or meet new people. Our training programs tailor to beginners, youth and competitive adult players.
For young athletes, our staff prepares position-specific drills & exercises, year-round trainings and a monthly developmental chart so they can monitor their own progress throughout the season. Ball Academy offers a variety of programs and activities for boys and girls to ensure each athlete leaves the program better than they arrived.

Beginners Ball is a great self-esteem builder for any kid who lacks confidence, motivation, and the social skills needed for personal development.
Beginners Ball is open to non-club and passionate players who want to discover the discipline and structured way to play basketball. Our sessions will also prepare any boy or girl with the basic skills level and mindset before trying out for any team or club.

Our CrossFit Basketball program was created to give each player a new experience and a dynamic way to improve their strength, endurance and explosiveness with timed and bodyweight resistant exercises.
Every workout is designed to help you improve fitness, stamina and basketball explosiveness which can all help you succeed on the basketball court. The true magic about our CrossFit Basketball Program is that you train in a group with other athletes while striving to achieve basketball related tasks challenging your stamina, strength, and agility. GREAT COMPETITIVE FUN!

GAME TIME is our high-level, high-intensity and most competitive program. Every basketball drill and competitive exercise has a specific goal to reach within a certain TIME Limit. This program is for elite players who take basketball very seriously and want to be challenged under pressure like a professional. It’s GAME TIME!
