Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of each participant. Ball Academy cannot be held responsible for any accidents, illness, damage, or theft.

Code of Conduct
The camp management reserves the right to exclude any participant whose behavior disrupts the smooth running of the camp or the safety and well-being of others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your registration free of charge up to one week before the start of the camp. If you need to cancel within one week of the camp start date, we will refund 50% of the total fee, as preparations and reservations will already have been made. Once the camp has started, no refunds will be issued. To request a cancellation, please send an email to registration@ballacademy.eu.
