No. While many athletes in the program already compete at a high level, selection is based on potential, commitment, and mindset, not only current exposure or recruitment status. The program is designed to develop talent and provide the structure and visibility needed to reach the next level.

Yes. Academic pathways are specifically designed to coexist with elite training and competition. Class schedules are adapted, programs are flexible, and academic support is in place to ensure continuity and progression alongside athletic development.

Student-athletes can pursue high school diplomas, university certificates, Bachelor’s degrees, or Master’s degrees, depending on age and academic background. Programs focus on sports management and administration, and some on-court training may be credited toward academic programs. Full details are available on the Academics page.

Housing options vary depending on age and academic level and may include boarding, host families, or university housing. All options are located close to training and academic facilities and are easily accessible via Switzerland’s public transportation system.

Yes. Switzerland is known for its safety, stability, and high quality of life. Younger student-athletes benefit from structured living environments and close supervision, while older athletes are gradually supported in developing autonomy.

The program operates in a bilingual environment (English and French). Academic pathways may be offered in English, and language support is available for international student-athletes.

Athletes leave the program prepared for a range of pathways, including NCAA universities, professional European clubs, NBA or WNBA opportunities, or careers within the global sports industry. Beyond sport, they graduate with academic qualifications, professional skills, and increased independence.

The process begins with an online inquiry. Each application is reviewed individually, taking into account athletic profile, academic background, and personal motivation. Suitable candidates are then guided through the next steps of the admission process.
