Athletic prep school& university

Whether you are looking to prepare for a collegiate or professional career or you want to spend a gap year dedicated to basketball, our Prep School program is designed for athletes aged 16 to 23 who are looking for a structured environment where high-level sport and education evolve side by side.

We created this program so young athletes no longer have to choose between committing fully to basketball and continuing their studies. Through a carefully designed pathway, athletes are supported in developing their game, their academic trajectory, and their independence within an international setting that prepares them for life. Becoming a student-athlete is a lived experience. Managing demanding schedules, training at a high level, and progressing academically builds habits that last well beyond the court.

Our Approach

Our Prep School is built on a balanced framework that supports the athlete as a whole – performance, education, and personal development. Here are the three pillars it is build on:

Young female basketball player training

Athletics

Our athletic pillar is designed to transform potential into performance. Athletes train daily in an environment that combines technical development, physical preparation, and competitive experience. Each athlete follows an individualized development plan covering on-court skills, strength and conditioning, and mental preparation. Competition is an essential part of the process: athletes are placed on Swiss national or regional league teams, participate in tournaments, and face high-level opposition that accelerates learning and growth.

The goal is not only to build durable habits like consistency, resilience, and accountability, that define high-level athletes.

Academics

Pursuing basketball at a high level should never mean sacrificing education. Our academic pillar offers structured and accredited pathways that adapt to the rhythm of elite sport. Our student-athletes pursue academic programs ranging from high school diplomas to university degrees, including Bachelor’s and Master’s programs focused on sports management and administration. Class schedules are adapted to training and competition calendars, and on-court training may be credited toward academic programs.

Throughout their journey, student-athletes are supported in developing academic autonomy, time management, and responsibility, essential skills for life beyond sport.
